Bad press for UPS. Maybe they need to rethink being in the notary business, just like Fed Ex did years back. It was bound to happen.

And maybe SC needs to provide basic training for someone wanting to be a notary. It's unfortunate that many states will commission anyone with a pulse as long as they receive the required fee.
