New Colorado Notary Handbook, March 2019
Posted by ABC Legal Docs, LLC - Jerry Lucas on 5/17/19 1:15pm

The Colorado Secretary of State has released a new version of the 38-page Colorado Notary Handbook, dated March 25, 2019. The previous version was dated January 17, 2018.

I found no announcement about the new handbook on the SOS website and no description of the changes. I ran a PDF file compare program that showed the only change was the date of the handbook and page 32, explaining the resignation process is now done using the notary's online account, rather than submitting a paper resignation form by mail.

The new March 2019 notary handbook is online at https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/notary/files/notary_handbook.pdf
