Not always lender's fault for late docs ...
Posted by Yoli/CA on 3/13/18 12:39pm

Last Wednesday, accepted BofA refi for 3/9th. (Hiring party is TC.) Same day, it was changed to 3/14th at 7pm. Yesterday late morning, I get call from BofA asking if I have docs. No, but I had requested TC send no later than end of day 3/13th. BoA tells me I should have docs by now as they sent them to TC last week. Says they'll call TC to see what's the hold up. Didn't hear anything else.

This morning I email TC advising of call from BofA and asking if I may expect docs soon. Closer responds: "I advised Bank of America yesterday that I work on loan docs in order of closing date and time. This is not signing until tomorrow 3/14 @ 7:00PM. Thank you"
