Over the many years I've had E&O, I have changed the insurance company a couple of times and, because I'm a lunatic, I've still got all the expired policies...BUT, as in OPs situation, what if a person DIDN'T have this info 9 years later, when some issue rears its head? Guess these are also papers to hang onto forever.
Another question is would a 9 year old now expired policy even cover whatever? |
