I had one of these not too long ago where no one said anything about it being a 'hybrid', but that's what it turned out to be. It was just a smaller package than usual for that lender (about the size of what used to be 'normal' for most signings Wink). I found out from the borrowers that they had already signed a bunch of the documents electronically. Interestingly, they did that via the "Notarize.com" platform - yet they still had me bring the paper docs for in-person notarizing.

What I printed was more than just what needed to be notarized, but I still found that arrangement very encouraging. Apparently someone with authority somewhere in the process wasn't comfortable with webcam notarizing... (Hopefully the lender.) I hope that's a trend - and that it sticks!
