Mighty fine line we walk between notarizing as requested and UPL. Have to say that the lady with the problem did say (sorta) 'if you don't get instructions with the online Will, go elsewhere.'

Actually, sounds to me more like it was her decision. She took it to UPS for 'a signature to be notarized'. Did she bring any witness along? If not, who else's signature was there to notarize?
We're supposed to check for 'blanks'; not legalities.
