 Right To Cancel
Posted by Susan Snyder on 12/2/19 12:20pm

Hi, I'm doing my first HELOC signing today and have a question regarding the Notice of Right to Cancel form. I have 2 signers and there is a NORTC form for each of them (one has the husband's name on it, the other has the wife's name on it). I have lined out the "Date Notice Given" to reflect the date of the actual signing (per the lender's instructions) and need to have the borrower initial the change...my question is, does each of the signers have to initial the change of just the signer whose name is on the NORTC?
