Most of us don't do debt resolution signings for a variety of ethical reasons, regardless of fee. For me, I believe those companies are taking advantage of people when they're most vulnerable. In fact, in my state at least, I believe it's illegal to collect any up-front fees for these services, which some of them do. Also, some of these companies ask us to read a script and present ourselves as representatives or agents of their company, which we're not. It just doesn't feel right.
