When dealing with a Trust there are several different ways the Title company may ask you to have them sign. It is very common to call your hiring party as to how they would like the "trust" docs signed. If there was no instructions in your package of how they would like them signed, then a phone call to your hiring party is appropriate. They will appreciate that you took the time to call. We are not mind readers. No matter how long you have been doing signing and a "trust" is involved and no instructions...CALL hiring party :-)
