After a wild winter here, we're ready for bird watching and collecting flowers. I just spent $4100 on roofing materials for my house, so I'm confident next week will be dry.

Loving the road conditions. No slipping and sliding on the 101 and curvy, treacherous mountain roads to Cambria, Morro Rock, etc.

Yep, perfect loan signing weather, except where are all those great orders? I'm not feeling the love today.
