It's not...My hairdresser got the same type of call who came in from her call ID as KUA (Kissimmee Utility Authority) the power company. They told her her bill past due, going to shut off...and she fell for it with the old gift card scam. She's in her early 70's...what can you do? It happens all the time. The have software that can impersonate anyone's number and can come in as anything...The real owners are not even aware someone using their number. When you tell them like what I did, they think we are crazy...I don't even know how you can stop anything like that.
