If you're not sure what's allowed in Texas, IMO you should go with something that's CA compliant. And here, of course, the answer would be you ABSOLUTELY need notarial verbiage! I wouldn't even consider anything different. In fact, our law says you can only use anything other than a specific CA compliant certificate if it's one "required" by another state. To me, that sounds like, at the very least, some specific verbiage would be necessary before you can legally apply your stamp on anything. |
