Costs zip? That's assuming that your time to find a library that's open and your time to take your portable scanner (which you paid for) and do the scanning is not worth anything.

To take a loan package to Fedex/Kinkos to pay their outrageous fees to scan, fax or print is insane. It would cost more than you'd get paid for the entire signing job. It's not a question of Fedex knowing how to run a business. It's a question of Fedex knowing how to rip off desperate customers. It takes only a few of loan packages scanned in at 89 cents a page to cover the entire overhead of a scanner that maybe costs a few hundred dollars placed in an office that's there anyway and generating income for them.
