Not in FL, even hands free, they have some common sense here, and allow a tap lol.
Can you use a dash GPS because it blocks the vision in a windshield in CA? Just curious...
CA maybe pushing for this, I don't think they can eliminate a blue tooth or people from a business that is based on a concept of using a cell phone and tracking of vehicles and such in real time for someone's profession. jmo
