That's one way to look at it, and it's okay if you need to scan one page to pay 89 cents, but if you need to scan 100 pages, to pay $89.00 is kind of ridiculous. They should at least have a sliding scale, where the more you scan (or print) the lower the rate gets. But then again, they're Fedex, an industry giant, a household name., they're even featured in Tom Hanks movies. They can pretty much do whatever they want and get away with it. |
