This is what I found with search engines. I've never worked for them myself.

Stuff was done at the last minute and forms were consistently not in order. I had to contact them multiple times to fix the forms. Our notary wouldn't sign them because they couldn't get them right after multiple contacts. I've had good title services, this company is not one of them.
