Many of the banks in my area are doing signings in house, w/employee Notaries. Explained,,, more then once, that the quality of S/As and comments from clients. Amrock / Title Source seems more concerned if you miss a date or initial on a document so they can cut you off... -0- vendor loyalty as noted months ago. Hybrid my be getting some push back as more are challenged in the recording area. There is also a lack of understanding by most clients, they are more fascinated with getting to the signature area then what the document is.... just a thought.
