My parents have a timeshare that is actual 'deeded' property (warranty), and we used a QCD to add me to title. I sure don't know much about timeshares (other than it's apparently not possible to sell them, and takes mooching off the parents to a whole new level...). It may be that their ownership is different than others, perhaps because they bought it about 30 years ago?
