| I got a call for GNW and someone has drawn up a jurat for the signer and notary to sign! Yes, I said for both of us to sign. There was no document. At the bottom of the jurat, they typed in "Release of Legal Debt & Acknowledgement." When I asked where was the doc, the signer said, "she didn't want me to see how she did the forms, so she won't give me a copy. That is why she put two lines one for the notary and signer." I explained why that couldn't be done (thanks Joan). WTM? |
