When this appears here in my docs, usually grant deeds clearing up name change issues (on marriage or divorce generally), I have the borrower sign the document exactly as the signature block reads. I've done both ways of writing in the new name on acknowledgment or the entire "block signature". I haven't had anything kicked back yet.

What does everyone else do?
