It's kind of an unfortunate reality of the business. I would like to get all my docs the day before, print them and spend the day on appointments. It would certainly make my travel more efficient. Instead, I have to schedule my day with way more flexibility than I would like so I can return the my house and print docs for my next signing. It's frustrating that everything is so last-minute.
I don't think the title companies are intentionally trying to ruin our day. They are at the mercy of the lender in many cases.
That said, I have two signings on Friday for which I have already received docs. So that's nice.
