get a text from one of my EOs this morning. It seems the lender is holding up the funding because on their forms in the ack section under the notary signature line is a line that says "Typed Name of Notary". Years ago I printed my name in and the lender had a fit that I didn't TYPE my name in. So, since I don't own a typewriter, I gave the EO permission to type my name in. And, the clouds cleared, the sun shone, and the loan funded. Jeesh! just silly sometimes.....
On a positive note, after I delivered docs back to clients this morning....I decided to make some marketing calls on new escrows in the area. Was well received....so we shall see. Market, market, market......
