I have a signing for Saturday morning with overnight docs. <YAY!!> Docs received this morning. Isn't it amazing??!!?? When TC prints the only doc on legal is the Settlement Statement. Everything else is on letter size.

AND ... no copy for borrowers. When I asked, TC stated if borrowers want TC will email them a copy. The only items sent in overnight package as "borrower copy" was the pest control report (6 pages) and 2-page Settlement Statement.
