the signers lived in Victorville. I was wary of travelling over the Cajon Pass when it had been so cold and wet. Not sure if black ice could have been a possibility. So, they agreed to meet part way at a Starbucks in Rancho Cucamonga. Didn't get all the docs printed until around 7:30. Got to the Starbucks around 8:30. 1st, 2nd, 3rd...…..265 pages with first time buyers. It was a late night. But, I really like signing first time buyers. I know....not everyone's cup of tea. It closed the next day and the EO was so happy it got done. Should have my check today.
