Use caution! I reviewed a Debt Resolution that Sunshine sent me and one of the pages "Affidavit of Compliance" wants the notary to "Affirm the statements are true and accurate" in the document. That just lets the Law office that wants to represent the client off the hook if something goes haywire. The Law Office can just show that the notary represented that every thing was true and then the client can go after notary for getting them into this problem and "causing them to pay the Laws Office all the upfront money".
