Sort of ironic...borrowers don't think about all the information we have about them and see us as stranger-danger. I rarely have anyone change venues on me, sometimes I wish they would.  Smelly homes, hard to find addresses, late nights and no house numbers, chain smokers, too new of address and no GPS location yet, kids running all over the place...It's all part of the job. |
