Colorado Notary Question-SE Tax
Posted by Brandi Solano of NJ on 2/3/19 1:31pm Msg #602805
Question for Colorado Notaries:

I haven't been able to get a straight answer, not even from the Secretary of State.

When you notarize a document and two people or listed on that doc, do you deduct 5.00 from the income or 10.00? Colorado states 5.00 per notarial act but you are taking oath from 2 people... Just a little confused?
