Honest advice

Don't do it. You will not make any money without experience. Any company willing to hire a newbie will not pay you and only offering you about 1/2 the going rate in about 90 days after the closing, chasing payments IF lucky. I'd do Uber if you want side money. Check out Signing Central...here is an example of a company who will call you Coast 2 Coast Signing - SoCal Signing Co then open up the member comments...this is literally one of a hundred companies that you can work for...After all your time expense, printing 2 packages, gas then you have this to deal with all for about $65.00...you are in the red.
It's hard to break in, and our industry in the decline. You can market local, but without experience, it's very difficult.
