If they want faxbacks and neither so state nor provide the preferred way to accomplish this (fax #, upload to stated site, reply to e-mail), yes, they're playing games. They're trying to convince you that during the 'canudo' call, they gave you this info and instructed you to write it down as it would not be given in writing... horsefeathers!

Along same lines, I really hate it when the agreed upon fee is not in writing anywhere on an order.
