I walked into a signing and the man was disabled. Title knew he did not have a current ID so they arrange to have Credible Witnesses. They never told me. This added a lot more time to the signing by having to wait for the witnesses to arrive and additional Journal entries. I was being compensated nicely so I didn't make an issue of it to hiring party. Although it would have been more professional if I was made aware of the circumstances ahead of time. Not to mention possible scheduling issues for the additional time involved with no notification to notary. |
