I did a refi once for a person that was legally blind, but she had a magnifying device on her computer that she could put the docs under and read then sign. It still took about 2 hrs though, I should have asked for additional fees. But they had said she was able to see clearly with her machine and it should be fine. It just took her a long time to read through everything when I got there. They should have sent her a copy to read through before I got there!
