I've taken more jobs for more than $150 to $200 this year than last year. I do have some $XX for single document signings, but most of my work is $125 to $200. I have one tomorrow in fact. The others are less because one is a HELOC $100 and one is a refi..$150.

Been a great week, I'm working Saturday and next week will be brisk.

Things are turning around finally.
