The lady in the photo makes a statement that attached is a picture of me and whatever else she wants to 'state' (text), takes Oath & signs, you notarize the text document. Might work; might not.

On the other hand, someone else's photo could then be attached, so...I'm thinking we ought to have more pinky-swearing.
