| My guess would be that the block chain approach may ultimately streamline the process rather than having so many different programs involved, ie, origination platform, underwriting, closing, etc. From your description I’m not seeing how it’s a whole lot different than now. Maybe if you posted a link to one or two of the articles you find most enlightening would be helpful? |
