| January is always traditionally slow. All your builders and lenders pushed for year-end 2018 closings to make their numbers, so now they are basically playing catch up and starting with the 2019's. The government shutdown also affecting FHA/ VA loans, 4560-T's. I was slamming busy December, nothing in January. I reached out and nobody has anything, which tells me we are just slow all over. I suspect next week will pick up if the Government gets back on track, we should start to see things trickle in. |
