Re: Ate my high protein breakfast today, on my toes for SPAMs

It sounds an awful lot like some sketchy emails I've been receiving lately. With this one, the dates seem contradictory, but aside from that, the vagueness - and unusually high offer up front - raise my suspicions right away. (The second paragraph is almost word for word.) They also don't mention a location, so who knows how many people got the same email.

Sometimes it's really tough to know, because I recently dealt with someone at a tc whose email signature was sparse and I ended up having to get some of the necessary details from someone else. [This was late December, so hopefully she was just very busy.] It led to one of the best afternoons I've had in this business - four properties purchased by two signers, one at a time, at the same address. Cash purchases, so very small packages, full fee for each package, and checks arrived this week.

BUT... I strongly suspect that that isn't the case with the email Cheryl posted. Tough call on whether it's worth a reply to be certain. In this market? Maybe.
