I don't disagree with your overall premise, but please speak for yourself and not for others, let alone everyone - or qualify it in some way, e.g. "some of us...". Otherwise, you're potentially misleading people. I'm referring to this statement:
"...we are transitioning to an even lower price point per closing with the addition of e-closings"...
Not all of us are doing that! A few have marketed enough in the past to be kept busy enough with direct work (although I suspect for most, their volume is down, too). Some are transitioning to more GNW and some are transitioning to unrelated methods of generating additional income, perhaps even to full time employment. Some are doing a combination of all that, or just working less. For the record, none of those transitions necessarily involve lower price points. (I haven't reduced my fees at all.)
