As ha been discussed here before, the illiteracy of the lending industry is well known ... but it is what it is. However, an affidavit I'm doing today is too good to pass up: It reads. <<That so and so, my spouse, who acquired title with me died on such and such date and at the time of his/her death we were married to each other and there was no action pending to terminate our marital relations. >> Hee hee. Well, maybe if she caught him with another woman, marital relations were terminated.... but I don't think that's any of the TC's business.
Do they ever even read this stuff they churn out?
