| The total investment all in would be $200 for class. $70 for each test (general & state). E&O insurance $275/year. Printer used $200. Maybe $75 to start marketing myself with cards and whatnot. Total investment $750 lets say. I understand it is alot to learn and I plan on learning all I can until June when i finally take the class. I am hoping by then I know 75% of the material and it will mostly be a review. I spend about 8 hours a week researching for the past 3 weeks. This is going to be a life-long side hustle for me. If i can average anywhere from 6-10/month that is all i really want. Do you think doing this evening and weekends is possible over time. Maybe not right now with time of year, interest rates and refi boom dead. It will have ups and downs I just want to know if I can expect somewhat success and my expectations are realistic. |
