| My guess is that it works like this. A primary notary is identified by the system. If no response from the primary notary is received it then sends the notice out to secondary notaries. They system will confirm with the first confirmation received by the company. So, if the primary notary confirms before anyone else who has received the notice does it will confirm and immediately cut off the other confirmations. The left hand accepted the confirmation before the right hand knew not to sent out the secondary notices. |
