First off, you have to have a newer phone Adroid 8.0 or higher (IOS-IDK). So my perfectly good Galaxy S6 won't work on their app anyway so I have to use the website or buy a $700 to upgrade or $1,400 for the latest Galaxy S10.
Web site s**ks. They say the app doesn't see what your calendar event is only that the slot is not available so there are no privacy issues (for my appointments).
But I don't have the app so I have to manage my own calendar and then go in and personally sync it with EXOS. A real pain. I have to figure out when I may not want to work and schedule my personal (or any) time off or they can just fill it. They also want you to to log in an notify them when you arrive as well as leave the appointment. I am in a mountainous area with a lot of dead zones. I just got politely chewed out for not letting them know when I had arrived. I understand there are a lot of flakes out there in notary world but I am not one. Send me a job and I will do it and tell you when it is done as soon as I can.
I don't get enough jobs for them to make this crap worth it. I charge a fair rate and prefer SOME personal touch on my end. |
