Jules: MilesB SS is a rare truth teller and consistent payor- they also rep one of my all time fav TC - Mother Lode/Placer Title who kept me as Preferred for over 9 years before corporate moved to outside SS increasing the "arms length" transaction. I do very few for MilesB because of the daily work load with the usual suspects (FNT, FirstAm, etc) so his delayed pay doesn't affect me as it would another NSA who might be depending on SS, which is why I added that caveat. |
