Lol, I seem to always get one of those outrageously dressed, or a she that may be a he. I treat it as business, no expression on my face, I just say " lets get this done." On a GNW appt. I had one lady lift her top up and show me her girls. She was proud of the surgery she had. ( I must say, no scars) I said they look great!!!! Woo Hoo, now lets get down to business and start signing.
