I use my Ink Stamp and Embosser for every real estate signing I do.....
I also use it for any GNW that will go across the state line.
Always have and received my first Notary Commission in like 1982.
Michigan SOS does not require even the ink stamp, but most receiving parties do. I just do both to be on the safe side and have never had any issues.
I do not charge any extra for it...I believe it is all part of the Notary process...
