| I’ve just spent the better part of two hours trying to get Sterling’s web page for their background check to work ….I couldn’t do it, I could not get passed the address info page, I finally called their 800 number, and spoke to a very polite Hindu gent…polite but without a clue, he asked for the URL so as to navigate to the page I was on, I gave him several, and finally my login and password, he still could not help (or understand) put me on hold (after 5 minutes I hung up)…so now perhaps half my personal info is floating around Bombay somewhere! I went back in and tried to delete what I had entered but who knows…….Anyway If this is the king of operation Sterling is I want NO PART of them. |
