She said the last time she signed loan docs the loan officer signed her up and basically put the papers in front of her and said, "Sign here". She said she appreciated that I took the time to briefly explain the documents to her and asked her to double check name spelling and loan terms for accuracy. She is an attorney.
Anyway, don't mean this to come off bragadocious. Just was nice to have a positive experience. So, often we get the brunt of people being upset with their HUD-1's, etc. Breath of fresh air tonight. |
