RE: The Governor's Reference Manual for Notaries

Has there been any official information published regarding the rumored update of the manual?

I know Robert Koehler posted about this sometime within the past few months, but I haven't seen anything recently and the Governor's website still shows the version that was last updated on November 1, 2001.

I can't find anything on the Governor's website about any planned updates.
