I've been closing loans for a number of years, and was recently told my rates were a bit too high...never had that complaint before, but it did get me to thinking...
I'd like to compile a list of average rates to share with all Cenla notaries on the forum. My thoughts are that it would provide a guide of sorts so we don't undervalue our services, or overvalue costing us busine$$! Your name/business name won't be included - completely anonymous.
