Just got the solicitation e-mail. They've been in business since 2013; they are not listed in SC (unless they are coded for 'not my state'); the principals (Jennifer Perez, CEO & Ralph Perez, VP) are not in NR database...at least not within 50 miles of Boise. Their co. website ( http://www.indepthsolutions.com/aboutus ) prides itself on 'true bottom line pricing' and says NSAs are 'scheduled for activation Summer, 2014'. Previously a local abstracting business. They have a 35 page signup package that requires your photo to send to signers, the whole BGC Report, not just the Certificate (they will accept NNA Cert/Report), copy of your Auto Insurance--which must be 100k/300k, DL, along with the normal SPW requirements.
Just tried to add them to SC, but either they are either in as a notary somewhere or are not coded for my state.
I am less than impressed at this point and wonder if anyone has any experience with this outfit.
