That's what my brother tells me...he's a prospector, been a prospector for 30 years since he recovered from a major head injury in 1982 when he was struck by a double semi truck trailer on the Long Beach freeway. It's a meager living.
Well, I had a call yesterday to do six loan packages, all US Bank refi's for properties in Kentucky, owner lives in Santa Barbara and is a mucky muck with a RE company. I gave them a deal, I won't discuss it here, but I believe I have struck a small vein. Not just for the signing fee in one place, but because this guy is a huge player in the biz in my territory.
I'll keep you posted. Cuz as you know lately for most of us has become a very small trickle. Wish me luck! It's for Thursday. Packages printing away at this writing. |
